UPDATED JUNE 13, 2011 WITH 2011-2012 GRANT APPLICATION!!

 

For best results, save the Grant Application form to your computer before opening it, filling it out, and/or printing it. To save it to your computer...

Windows:

Right-click the link for your chosen format, then choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Google Chrome).

MacIntosh:

Click and hold the link for your chosen format, then choose "Save this link as...".

There are two formats available online this year: 

·         2011-12 Grant Application in Adobe pdf format.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
If you have Adobe Acrobat reader 7 or later, you can view, fill out, save with your information, and print the grant application electronically.  There's no need to print it blank and try to type (or print) into it.  Just save it to your system (Mac or PC) open it, fill in the blanks, save it, and print it.   This version has features that simplify completion of the grant form (automatic filling of duplicate fields, automatic budget total and tax calculation, etc.).
If you have Adobe Reader 7.0, you may receive messages indicating that a component is missing.   If you cancel the messages, you should be able to complete and save the application without any problems.  You can install the latest version (free) by clicking the following icon:

  • Microsoft Word ".doc" (compatible with Word 97 and later). If you have access to Microsoft Word, you can fill out the application in Word, save it, then print it out.   This version has been tested on a Windows PC.  In previous years, Mac users have had problems with this format.

Helpful Hints:

    • The application form is designed to allow entry only into the designated fields. To move from field to field, use the "Tab" key to move to the next field, and Shift-Tab to move to the previous field.
    • Clicking on a check box will change it from unchecked to checked, or checked to unchecked.
    • Pressing Tab to move from entry to entry in the budget section will automatically update the Sub-Total, Sales Tax, and Total. The Sales Tax % can be changed (if 8.75% doesn't apply to your grant) by highlighting the "8.75" on the form, and typing in a new number.  Please enter "0" (but without the quotes) if there is no tax.
